5. Damages & Lost Packages
Rung Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit if the courier service marks it as delivered. If you received your order damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items immediately and reach out to our support team at [your support email] so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
