RUNG CO. Return Policy All merchandise may be returned within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase, provided items remain in unworn, unwashed condition with original packaging and tags intact. To request a return, customers must contact our support team with their order number and reason for return. Upon approval, a prepaid shipping label will be issued. Refunds will be processed within seven to ten (7–10) business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of product defect or fulfillment error attributable to RUNG CO.
